Namaste.
Yin flow is a slow-paced practice focused on applying moderate to deep stretching of the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Most stretches and poses are mat based and tend to be held for longer periods of time. This meditative approach to yoga helps cultivate awareness of one’s inner stillness. Shakur Parker
I found my yoga practice after surviving a breast cancer diagnosis fifteen years ago. I used yoga as a way to regain my strength mentally, physically and spiritually. I’m a certified holistic health and wellness specialist and received my 200 hour yoga teacher training in March 2020. I believe strongly in the healing benefits of yoga and love to share the joy with others. When you practice with me you can expect to focus on pranayama( breath), mindful movement and encouragement to incorporate the principles of yoga into your life on and off the mat

Ralph Ciallella
As a lifelong practitioner of health and wellness, I began my quest for searching mind/body through years of wrestling martial arts and yoga. My career was in the athletic industry working with Nike and Adidas and teaching professional, amateur and youth programs past and present. Along with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I was determined to share my life experiences on and off the mat with my students. Stressing balance strength and Mindfulness I have created a strong fundamental and foundation based practice and enjoy sharing with all of my family and friends. My four daughters were raised with yoga as a Part of their life and they all became certified instructors carrying forward mind/body awareness and lifestyle. Expect to experience absolute dedication and foundation based teaching from life experiences, physical and men tal strength and developing “the core” which is essential for an athletes performance as well as nonathletic practitioner. Come visit my class at HADUKO and let's develop and enhance agility strength and mobility while enjoying your spiritual growth! Thank you Namaste

onday nights at 6P staring in April! I received my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2021, after noticing the huge benefits of yoga to my mental health during the pandemic as well as how adding yoga to your already established fitness routine can really level up your lifts as your mobility and flexibility improves! I received by BSN in 2016 and have practiced nursing until about 2 years ago, when I transitioned into massage therapy! Finally, I am a Reiki Master as well! I absolutely love all things health and wellness. Movement is my medicine and meditation. My passion in yoga is teaching a very athletic powerful vinyasa Baptist flow, however I also love teaching a slower beginner class as well as yin! My main goal is for us all to have fun but be warned, consistently taking my classes might cause you to realize you’re a lot stronger and capable of doing hard things than you give yourself credit for. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and to sharing my love for all things movement, health and wellness along with the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gathered so far in my own personal practices with all of you!

Holly Boyle
Holly found yoga in her early twenties as a way of deepening her connection with herself. In those pivotal years of self growth and exploration, her practice always provided a supportive space for her to evolve into her most authentic self. Holly never had intentions of becoming a teacher, but after she received her 200RYT certification from Nectar Yoga Studio in Phoenixville, PA in 2019, she knew a can of worms had been opened that could not be resealed. She was drawn to continue her exploration of this world and deepen her spirituality on her own terms through her practice. Holly wants to share her passion for yoga not only to help her students physically feel good, but also in hopes that they feel a greater connection to themselves that leads to increased peace within. Expect to feel challenged, aligned, and inquisitive about yourself in Holly’s vinyasa classes. She provides a balanced flow with plenty of modifications, and a lively playlist to move alongside with.
